We are looking for a professional skipper to join our team and operate our sailing boat and\/or catamaran on our daily experiences.
\nThe role involves half-day and full-day trips, with daily return to Nafplio, no weekly charters and no overnight stays.<\/p>\n
This position suits skippers who value structure, consistency & quality within a growing yet professional environment.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
– Operating semi-private and private day sailing experiences
\n– Ensuring crew and guest safety
\n– Maintaining the vessel in excellent condition
\n– Operating in line with established procedures
\n– Maintaining a calm, professional onboard atmosphere<\/p>\n
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT<\/p>\n
– Day trips only, no overnight or weekly charters
\n– 6 working days per week
\n– One meal provided per day<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
– Experience on sailing boats and\/or catamarans
\n– Strong seamanship and safety awareness
\n– Professional, calm, and team-oriented attitude
\n– Ability to express personal character within defined brand standards<\/p>\n
