3.1 Registration
  • An account is required to access platform features such as job posting or CV submission
  • Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials

4.1 Crew Users
  • Crew members may upload CVs, resumes, certifications, and professional information
  • By creating a profile, crew users consent to controlled visibility of their data to registered employers
  • Crew users remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content
4.2 Employer Users
  • Employers may post job listings and review crew profiles only after registration and, where applicable, subscription
  • All job postings must comply with applicable Greek and EU labor laws
  • Access to crew data is granted exclusively for recruitment purposes
4.3 Prohibited Use of Data (Critical Clause)

Employers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Collecting, exporting, or scraping crew data in bulk
  • Storing CVs or personal data outside the platform
  • Using crew data for marketing, resale, database creation, or competitive services
  • Contacting crew members outside the platform without a legitimate hiring purpose
  • Training AI systems or performing data mining using platform data

Any violation may result in immediate account termination, loss of subscription without refund, and potential legal action.

5. Payments and Premium Services

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
