\nAs a Skipper with Private Cruise, you are more than the person behind the helm.

Required Profile & Qualifications
\nWe are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
\nPassion for the Sea
\nA genuine love for cruising and caring for your vessel.
\nA legally recognized boating license (Motor Yachts and\/or Sailing Yachts) compliant with Greek regulations.
\nProfessionalism & Responsibility
\nStrong safety awareness and operational discipline.
\nTeam Spirit. Ability to collaborate effectively with crew and land-based operations.
\nAdaptability
\nComfort managing navigation, guest interaction and operational tasks simultaneously.
\nGuest-Oriented Mindset. Friendly, approachable, and confident personality with natural hospitality.
\nProfessional Appearance. Clean, presentable, and respectful of brand standards.
\nFluent English required. Additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
\nExperience. Previous experience in yachting, charters, or marina services is preferred but not mandatory.
\nAvailability from May to October<\/p>\n
