Your Role
As a Skipper with Private Cruise, you are more than the person behind the helm.
You are:
The ambassador of our brand
The guardian of safety and seamless operations

We focus on private, premium experiences not mass tourism. Our captains operate in an environment where professionalism, calm confidence and warm hospitality define the guest journey.

Required Profile & Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
Passion for the Sea
A genuine love for cruising and caring for your vessel.
A legally recognized boating license (Motor Yachts and/or Sailing Yachts) compliant with Greek regulations.
Professionalism & Responsibility
Strong safety awareness and operational discipline.
Team Spirit. Ability to collaborate effectively with crew and land-based operations.
Adaptability
Comfort managing navigation, guest interaction and operational tasks simultaneously.
Guest-Oriented Mindset. Friendly, approachable, and confident personality with natural hospitality.
Professional Appearance. Clean, presentable, and respectful of brand standards.
Fluent English required. Additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
Experience. Previous experience in yachting, charters, or marina services is preferred but not mandatory.
Availability from May to October

Additional Advantages:
