Base: Nafplio, Greece
Type: Full-time / Seasonal (6 days per week)
Operations: Daily Cruises

We are looking for a professional skipper to join our team and operate our sailing boat and/or catamaran on our daily experiences.
The role involves half-day and full-day trips, with daily return to Nafplio, no weekly charters and no overnight stays.

This position suits skippers who value structure, consistency & quality within a growing yet professional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Operating semi-private and private day sailing experiences
– Ensuring crew and guest safety
– Maintaining the vessel in excellent condition
– Operating in line with established procedures
– Maintaining a calm, professional onboard atmosphere

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

– Day trips only, no overnight or weekly charters
– 6 working days per week
– One meal provided per day

REQUIREMENTS

– Experience on sailing boats and/or catamarans
– Strong seamanship and safety awareness
– Professional, calm, and team-oriented attitude
– Ability to express personal character within defined brand standards
